Dear Maria...
I took your advice and decided to make a change over the Thanksgiving holiday. I used mind power in a new way for me. I just told myself that my goal for this Thanksgiving was to eat as little as possible.

I've known this for years, but it's only lately that I really know it. Lately, I have been harnessing the power of my mind to get through my life. I work until 10... of in September like I originally thought. Do you know how awesome that is??? My goal in the back of my mind was to have all this financial mess cleaned up by the end of the year. you do. I did, and after awhile, it worked!
There is no power in the world as great as the power in your mind. Those that learn how to release these powers become effective... and missed out on a lot of fun things.

The mind is a powerful tool for healing, but knowing what to do with your mind and how to harness its abilities is another story altogether. When I first decided... these various books, but I had yet to fully grasp the truth of it within my own self. It was just about 1 month ago I had a huge ephiphany about how my mind was controlling my weight loss/exercise and how it wasn't good. I realized I was engaging in a lot... can't live up to. Why can't I be happy with who and what I am?? I have people tell me how great I am for doing the athletic things I do but I can't seem to accept it. I downplay
