Yesterday I played tennis with NoCaloriesNeeded. I've never played tennis except for just hitting the ball around. I finally got where I could halfway serve(I'm a pretty... what happened. Was at the gym at 6:40 this morning, worked out for 30 minutes, then went and played some tennis for 50 minutes.
Breakfast; 3 fried/scrambled organic omega 3 eggs, spinach, scallions over red leaf lettuce. Some blueberries, and a few almonds.

Nick played table tennis or in slang, Ping Pong yesterday. It didn’t last too long. He played three games and he was out. He is now in the adult brackets 18-29. The competition is stiffer. Nick does table tennis mostly because I tell him that he has to play something besides tennis. I feel everyday needs to have an event he is in. We come too far
