I braved the scales and I am losing the same 5 pounds again.
I have a fill scheduled for next Friday since I have been having trouble with feeling hungry -- real hungry.
Stress level is down but I still am not sleeping.
See the mental health care worker tonight and I am planning on focusing why I hang onto this 5 pounds.

. Clearly up isn't an option so down is the choice.
At the beginning of the year I said I would announce how many pounds I had lost for the week, then how many for the year and how... but were those "real" pounds since I had already lost those pounds and they were part of a regain? Should I only count new pounds? What was my starting weight for the year again? I

clearer to me how easy it is to gain weight.
Last weekend was a craptastic three days of shoving piles and piles of food in my mouth. I couldn't have felt any worse. I spent the last 144 hours reversing the damage and today I pretty much ate myself silly at a Chinese dimsum restaurant with the family. Oh what a vicious cycle!
