three minute rest between each set. Take a barbell and choose a weight that works for your weakest lift.
Do 6-10 reps for each drill and don't stop until you have done them all...

it was insane. I can't even begin to tell you how much I ate after this workout.
Javorek Complexes definitely have an incredible metabolic effect. Do them a few days in a row, if you can, and the effect is multiplied exponentially. My plan is to do them twice per week, sticking with the 3 or 4 sets of 8 until I have done all 6 Barbell Complexes, gradually increasing

Bent Over Row x 5

they don't lock you in like the barbell. Your hands can twist and turn the dumbbells as you move the weight. Plus the range of motion is greater with dumbbells.
