I press my fingers into the bruise
on the back of my right hand.
It does not hurt enough.
It does not take their pain away,

So Ava was running laps at school today and she ended up getting all tangled up somehow and falling backwards onto her head.
She has always been a touch clumsy...we don't call her "Grace" for nothing! But she hit her head pretty hard today and she wasn't able to tell the teacher how many fingers were being held up in front of her, she felt ...

What Causes a Bruise?
A bruise forms when blood vessels under the skin rupture. Usually we bruise after an injury such as bumping into an object or havi ...

Obesity has not been proven to increase the likelihood of bruising more easily than people who are thin however. As we age we bruise more easily because our skin becomes thinner and more fragile partly due to the decrease of fat under the skin to cushion ou ...

Another mystery bruise. No idea where it comes from. Was just changing my clothes and I noticed it there on my right ankle. It only hurts slightly. But I don’t recall banging my ankle into anything.
Ah, Parkinson’s disease! Alw ...
