A Stress Fracture, Indeed by Jessica S. Posted Fri 08 Jan 2010 12:00am Today I found out that I do indeed have a stress fracture in my left hip. Though that was not what I wanted to hear, it could be much worse. It is not a severe stress fracture and not nearly as bad as they thought it was. The trail was a little muddy, but the canopy of trees filtered out a lot of pollen so the air was cleaner. I ran 10.7 hard miles. I felt good, though. No pain, the knee and hip were quiet.
