If you have tight hip flexors, a good dynamic flexibility exercise for you would be hip rotations...
Do external hip rotations (pictured above) and internal hip rotations every day to improve your speed and athleticism.

We just had our 1:30 meeting to say we are indeed mentally and physically stable enough to go to Turkey. One more signature from some guy here on Base before the paperwork gets shipped off to the Middle East. As soon as we get our final orders, we can get moving dates.
