and walked around frequently, instead of sitting crunched up at my desk all day. I also did Hip Hop Abs three, yes, three days in a row! Twice I did the Fat Burning Cardio Level 2... thigh! Success in the hips and thighs! I haven't given up hope for my abs though. I have two costumes being shipped in the next week or so and my abs will need to be in rare form

to keep working out the way I used to. And that means breaking out the DVDs..
Last night I did Hip Hop Abs Level 1 Fat Burning Cardio- the fun basic, just enough cardio to get my heart pumping. From there I went onto the Ab Sculpt Level 2. My go to DVD for when I need a GREAT abs workout. At the end of both DVDs I did a few minutes of an arm workout

I finally got the Hip Hop Abs second level for Christmas. Santa in the form of sisters brought me the 3 workout DVD- it has Total Body Burn, Fat Burning Cardio, and the Ab Sculpt. Today I am sick as anything. The Pats won last night against the Giants in a nail biting game, I got home late, I was tired. And yet here I am doing Hip Hop Abs like... (really the best thing for a cold!) and then came home and put on my workout clothes.
My measurements today were 26.5 inches in the waist, 36 inches in the hips, and 19 inches

vowed to work out harder to make up for it. I popped in the Level 1 Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio to follow it up with the Level 1 Ab Sculpt. I did both and survived it! I... and will be working out again!
On day ten I will be posting up measurements and a new pic of the abs. I know you are all excited, I just want to see if doing ten workouts makes a difference!

I did do Hip Hop Abs on the 31st! I swear! It was mid-afternoon on New Years Eve, we got out of work early enough for me to go home and get a workout in. So there I was at 3 pm, sweating up a storm. I am still sick, the remainders of my cold being hacked away in a rather annoying cough. But I was still kicking and bouncing along to the music. I

I strapped on my knee brace last night in hopes of making it through a workout without pain. I had taken a break from the rigors of Hip Hop Abs in order to rest my bum knee... there!
Tonight I will be ballroom dancing again, so I think I am only going to do the Ab Sculpt before I go. Will get some extra calorie burn in to counteract that Swiss White Chocolate
