hiking the mountains of Iran

attractions and landscapes. Hiking & trekking Iran nature and ecosystem, Iran mountain, valley, and cave, Iran forest and garden, Iran plain and desert, Iran lake, river, spring....
Personally I’m more interested in hiking opportunities. But I cannot find much information on the web. Leave a comment if you have any advice about trekking in Iran.

the TransCanada, Banff Townsite exit, there is a turnout on the right where a short and easy 1.1 KM (0.7 mile) interpretive loop hike through old mine processing ruins is worth the time if you are willing to negotiate the steep stairs in and out of the site. The mine is located on the east base of Cascade Mountain.

My friends and I went for a short hike this morning up Pleasant Pond Mountain. I am really lucky to have some great hiking super close to my house, and the Appalachian....

The photo above was taken from near the top of Mt. Ellen, looking towards Stark Mountain, Camel's Hump and Mount Mansfield, all on the spine of the Green Mountains.
Some of my favorite workouts are when I hike the higher peaks in Vermont. For people who live in truly big mountains, our five different peaks of 4000' or more don't sound like
