Someone posted this recipe on the GDT and I thought I would give it a try.
FIBER COOKIES
Serves 9@ 1 pt *I was suspicious of this, and when I ran this through the recipe builder with the Hershey bar I used, it was 2 points per cookie*
1 Hershey Bar (regular size)
1 cup All Bran Cereal
2 tbsp. reduced fat PB

Here is today’s high fibre menu day four of seven.
Breakfast: A small bowl of porridge made with water, and some skimmed milk, or you can just use skimmed milk if you prefer, this is purely optional for you as a person. And some dried fruit such as raisins, bananas or any other high fibre dried fruit. Have a glass of fresh orange juice.

Tea or Lunch: Chicken with some watermelon, served with a side salad, one with nuts e.g. hazelnuts, or any other that are high in fibre. Some tinned peach slices

Why opt for a high fibre diet ?
Fibre is a very key component to any healthy eating plan and or diet, also known in language terms as “roughage” it is responsible... suffer with, improve overall digestion, in less civilised countries where their diets are high in fibre they tend to have less diseases than their western counterparts have.
