that goes off in our heads..."must go now". Ok, I didn't need anything, but the Hemp Protein Powder caught my eye. (Jay Robb, I want you, but I still can't justify spending... from the hot water in the coffee pot. Works like a charm!

and are nice in recipes.
I'll be honest though, most hemp protein powders taste too earthy, natural, i.e. dirty and gritty, to me to choke them down enjoy them. I am not really a fan... hemp purses and a pair of hemp pants years ago but I lost them on a yoga retreat. Whoops.

looking for a good protein powder for a while, as I do not think I am getting enough protein most days( 0.8 grams of protein per kg of body mass to 1.2 g/kg per day).
