Today in Minnesota, we had a heat advisory. In the afternoon, the heat index climbed to 108 degrees. It was absolutely miserable. You know it’s bad when your glasses fog as soon as you walk out of the house.

SYMPTOMS - The body temperature goes very high (105 degrees F. or more). Sweating is reduced. There is a strong headache, accompanied by tingling, numbness, confusion of mind, and delirium. The pulse becomes rapid and breathing is faster. Blood pressure rises.

. I am beat… 11 hours of work will do that to you! Especially when half of it is out in the heat! The heat index today was around 105 degrees and I was seriously roasting... on Wednesday.
