My training partner gave me one of these the other day and I was hooked. They are really good for you, with 6 heart healthy ingredient. They are only 51 calories, no fat, and one gram of fiber per cookie.

making a Steak and Mushroom Pie and the recipe called for 750 g braising steak… you could try reducing the meat to 500g and add 200g of canned kidney beans.
Replace any... in baking cake recipes with apple sauce.
Choose reduced fat varieties of cheese.
Use a little grated parmesan cheese instead of grated cheddar.
