My last name is about as German as one can get, but it was slim pickins’ for any healthy Oktoberfest food at this party. When that happens, just drink up... from this festive spread of authentic German food. My choices from the Bier Snacks:

one of my favorite typical shanghai food to you: 生煎包 Crispy Pan Fried Buns
Much like a soup dumpling, pork, pork tallow, and pork fat are wrapped in a thin dough and sealed...!!!
A visit to a German Restarant
before we order anything, they brought us fresh bread with butter
