they think about their nutrition. Sometimes I get the “I eat pretty bad and need to work on that”, but I also get the ” I eat very healthy”. Then I have them write down a days worth of meals for me to look at. For the most part, they are usually eating “healthy” but they are not eating to “lose weight”.

Instead of eating tons of junk food I switched over to grains because all the nutritional information in the early 90's claimed that high carb diets will make you lean and healthy... to eat healthy, but be conscious of insulin and calories so a better choice would be an omelet with veggies and a cup of green tea.
