Last weekend we ate a lot of Italian food: pasta, pizza and lasagna. Couldn't be better! And to make it more perfect, Matteo bought us Guaraná Antártica.
For those who... in coffee beans.” (thanks Wikipedia, again).
Guaraná Antártica is the most famous Brazilian soda made of guarana (of course). And it's available at a Brazilian small shop here

Ok I learned something today too, the Brazilian Blowout is a hair treatment and from what I am reading here, the haze that is created from the use is said to be causing... the FDA rules on the safety, the jury may be out for a while. BD

at a place called Fogo de Chao, a Brazilian steakhouse. It's a place where men dressed as butchers move through the restaurant at a frenzied pace slicing meat off of a skewer... (but no dressings), chick peas, mushrooms, asparagus, and tomatoes. And he brought me polenta faster than I could eat it. So, I ate well and enjoyed my food, though I was clearly grossed
