According to US News and World Report, Capital HealthPlan, an affiliate of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, is the top rated Medicare HealthPlan in Florida.
Founded in 1982, Capital HealthPlan serves the four county are surrounding Tallahassee. They currently provide coverage to more than 110,000 members.
