if I'm not afraid to put on a bathing suit? I also think at the half way mark we will get a weight bench and weights for the garage.
My short term goals / rewards:
15 pounds... weekend
Goal weight - Tummy Tuck (that obviously won't happen exactly at a year)
Jon's short term goals / rewards:
25 pounds - New Clothes
50 pounds - T-Bone steak dinner

It's funny that I join Wellsphere the day after I post this, since I've been realizing that I don't reward myself enough for my achievements. I just assume they're supposed to happen even though I'm working my ass off for it to happen.

, I tend to celebrate when I reach goals but I don’t necessarily set a goal reward for x number of pounds/points. I’m really curious how you guys feel about this.
Do you set rewards for yourself when you reach goals or do you wait until you hit a goal and then go celebrate?

Set small goals that can be achieved in 1 or 2 weeks.
Reward Range: Free up to $10
Deposit $10 into the “Big Goal Reward” Fund to use later
Movie... Rewards
Set mid-level goals that can be achieved in a month or two.
Reward Range: $10 - $40
