What song always puts you in the mood to bust out a yoga pose?
None. My Yoga is almost always in silence. Three Little Birds by Marley gets me dancing in the middle of dinner, but no music makes me want to "bust out a yoga pose."
What’s your favorite drink for rehydration after yoga?

day, Rod led us through a practice that focused on a different type of asana. Day 1 was laterals (side body, like in Parighasana --Gate Pose). Day 2 forward bends. Day 3... of the Fishes Pose), the blood vessels are compressed. This squeezing action, breaks up old blood. When the twist is released, new fresh blood comes in.

several times a week for group meditation.
Thanks to hatha yoga, helping me to be more aware of what is going on in my body, learning to observe my emotions and thoughts... the struggle of emotions, thoughts and pains and aches of the body.
Hatha yoga serves such a great way of removing the obstacles to go into the meditative state.

For the last 5 days I've been at a VinyasaKrama (wise progression or sequencing) Workshop with Yoga Pluswriter, founder of Para Yoga (previously called Pure Yoga... or so, Rod Stryker has been writing the Asana column for Yoga Plus magazine. dishonest to me for a Yoga teacher (following the ideas of honesty in the Yamas, I would hope) to not be on time for a class. Once in a while, I can understand, but this was pretty....
