several times a week for group meditation.
Thanks to hathayoga, helping me to be more aware of what is going on in my body, learning to observe my emotions and thoughts... the struggle of emotions, thoughts and pains and aches of the body.
Hathayoga serves such a great way of removing the obstacles to go into the meditative state.

For the last 5 days I've been at a VinyasaKrama (wise progression or sequencing) Workshop with Yoga Pluswriter, founder of Para Yoga (previously called Pure Yoga... or so, Rod Stryker has been writing the Asana column for Yoga Plus magazine. dishonest to me for a Yoga teacher (following the ideas of honesty in the Yamas, I would hope) to not be on time for a class. Once in a while, I can understand, but this was pretty....
