that the energy in the room was so almost overwhelmingly positive through this open and very honest communication. The desire for peace, especially innerpeace hovered in the magnetic stillness of the room.

As an intellectual challenge, I often pose questions to myself like,"What's the key to happiness?" As Lytton Strachey observed, "Perhaps the best test of a man's intelligence is his capacity for making a summary." The subject of happiness can feel complex and overwhelming; forcing myself to answer fairly simplistic questions in a few words helps

Good report from the hospital today...weight is up to 46.5kg and lung function is up to 27% - still need to increase both as my lung function is still worrying me. Everyone at the hospital said i looked well so i take that as a good sign and hope it continues and i only go up to the ward for visits!!

top of the NSLM's list and Santa delivered ..... A talking dog! Not content with me, the NSLM wanted a talking dog! He has been trying for the past three years to get me to talk... in a few days but for now, we just want to say thanks to several people and wish everyone a very Happy New Year!

Just got back from physio and Lisa is so happy with my single leg squats. Actually I think her words were "I'm impressed".
