The continental divide was beautiful, sunshine-hot-walk for 13.1 miles ... too tired to write, but I did finish the half Marathon in 3:;30:48. It is possible - using lots (20 Liters) of oxygen, and this was my 3rd Slacker-highest half marathon in the US. Walking with running events is catching on with folks using oxygen. With the Country Music Marathon coming up at the end of April, I am moving on from the 10K Training Program and focusing on a twelve week half marathon training program. I... in the date after I complete a routine. As with the run/walk program and 10K training, I shift around workouts and readjust based on what is happening in our life.

in an interval sort of workout – varying sprinting, running fast, jogging, etc.
On my training page, you’ll see my last half marathon training plan – it’s similar to this one... out/get injured. I like mixing it up

Okay, so many months ago I registered for the SLC half marathon. And while I dream of running the race, finishing and still being able to walk, I have not really been... the half marathon, but I will at least do a 10k if I am not ready. I'm such a loser for putting off my training. I have been trying to get into the gym and at least workout

I’m back to running again.
My next half marathon will be in five weeks. There’s no telling if I’ll get all five weeks of training in since I’ll be moving between... a warm up walk I was feeling pretty good. up. I’m happy to have started running again because I notice that I eat better since I keep track of it more plus my goal is to be able to run in the PF Chang Half Marathon... to Chicago, I’m so going to do the Chicago Half Marathon. I know that I will never win at any of these but I’m not sure how far we will travel for the races.
