was in pain as soon as I started running. I had infact pulled my groinmuscle the day earlier. I quickly went to ice it but the damage was done 24 hours earlier. I think a month... we had plans but I will try to get in a light run tomorrow but that will all depend on how my groinmuscle feels.
So we came home to a fully overgrown vegetable garden

Groin pain in athletes is a common problem that can result in significant amounts of missed playing time. Many of the problems are related... can occur to the nerves supplying the groin. In cases that do not respond to desensitisation measures, neurolysis can relieve the pain.

Yesterday night's class finally made me sweat. The theme of this class was "groin opening poses". Read "intense poses that generate heat and really make you sweat". So all... of groin openers and supporting poses to allow the groins to really open. Supta Virasana, variations of Adho Mukha Svanasana, Raj kapot Asana (Pigeon Pose).
