This is the best chest workout I’ve done in a very long time. My chest is already feeling quite tired and I’m sure it’ll be sore tomorrow. This is a new workout although the exercises aren’t new to me at all the repetitions are a bit different from other chest workouts I’ve done

1/21 Workout: Chest, Triceps & Cardio

back and biceps and I was supposed to do shoulders. Whoops! So I’m just going to skip them this week.
Today I did a chest workout, a triceps workout and I followed that up with HIIT and steady state cardio. I am POOPED!
Chest Workout
Flat Bench Press: 4 sets x 5 reps, 70#
Incline Bench Press: 4 sets x 5 reps, 55#
