and especially will help with a sore throat. Mix 1/8 tsp. baking soda, 1 Tbsp sugar, and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon in a cup. Pour 8 oz. of milk over the cinnamon mix and microwave for a minute... to be really good for a sore throat from a common cold.
I plan to try all of these remedies, and I’ll let you know how it all goes.

I have a niggling sore in my throat and a little fever. So, I took off from work today. I have been pretty much relaxing the whole day, listening to music and reading.
It is good to take it easy once in a while. And this was a good enough reason!

lymph nodes;
high fever (temperature above 39C or 102.2F);
very sore throat;
swollen tonsils, with a white coating;
tiredness and lack of energy;
loss... produced in the nose and throat….. A person with glandular fever is most infectious when they have a fever. (maybe I got it from Keatkeat, remember he was having night-fever
