Then Annie had made dinner plans with some other friends so she picked me up at the bar ... Read on »

Triathlon Training Day 9: REST DAY by Jeff Irvin Patient Expert Posted Mon 27 Apr 2009 11:27pm As I move through this training schedule I am going to have to make adjustments based on how my body feels. Today I was going to go swim and do Chest, Back and ARX and Wednesday was supposed to be my Rest Day. But I feel pretty beat up from all the running the last couple of days. Running really does a number on your joints! What is weird is th ... Read on »
Triathlon Training Day 41: Rest Day by Jeff Irvin Patient Expert Posted Fri 29 May 2009 11:36pm Today I did nothing. Not sure how I feel about it. A little stir crazy. Also, for dinner I had a cheeseburger and fries at this local hole-in-the-wall. My eating had become so monotonous that something drastic needed to be done. This is the first cheeseburger and fries I have had in like 8 months! This used to be my diet every other day - weird I d ... Read on »
