Rawdelicious Oatmeal Breakfast
Soak 3/4 cup raw Oatmeal over night
1 tsp of Coconut Oil
1 Banana,

I have nothing exciting or momentous to pass along to you.
The last few days, I have been feeling fatigued, with a backache and mild nausea off and on. Naps work on the fatigue; Advil works on the pain; and ginger snaps & ginger ale work on the nausea. I sort of wish I knew how to make gingerbread. Anyone have a gingerbread recipe you want

A patient asked me if ginger can reduce allergy symptoms. I have never been asked this before. I have never read of nor heard of using ginger for allergies. Ginger comes from the Ginger plant, so it can be considered a natural therapy for some disorders. Ginger has been used by the (we) Chinese for over 2,000 years to treat nausea and upset

Relieve a cold with Ginger Tea
