AOL does a feature on Gastric Bypass. It is not a diet alternative. It is major surgery for obese patients with medical problems. And for the record, the lap band is a poor substitute for a formal bypass at least in my opinion.
Gastric bypass is also not plastic surgery. It does often create great patients for plastic surgery however
