help cure ear infections. However, it can also irritate the skin so you better check if you are allergic to it or not before using it. Put one drop of tea tree oil at the back of your ear and see if redness would occur. If not, it should be safe to put just a small drop on the infected part of the ear.

in treating acute ear infections:
Make garlic ear drops. Ear drops that include extracts of garlic may help reduce the pain of middle-ear infections in children. You can make your own at home by crushing a clove of FRESH raw garlic and dissolving it in some olive oil. Put a few drops of oil in the ear canal, as long as the ear drum is not perforated

Well what a last few weeks! I have been battling double ear infections. After two rounds of meds, a shot and decongrestion, my doctor has announced the ear infections are gone!!!!
This is the latest round of ear infections for me. Since bilateral cochlear implant surgery July 9, 2008, I have had at least 5 ear infections. I don't remember

It's been a long time coming, but Drew's first ear infection has popped up. Yesterday he was pointing to his ear saying "Ow, ear". He continued to say this in the morning, and so after a trip to the pediatrician, we found Drew has his first ear infection.

Ear infections are pretty common in children, but what causes them? I had lot of ear infections as a kid, bad ones. Now, it pains me (of course) to see my kids experience the same pain and discomfort. I have found there are a variety of factors that can lead to ear infections for toddlers and children, some preventable.
