I ran 3/4 mile yesterday, the first running I've done since my gall bladder surgery. I felt fine during and afterwards. I could have gone farther, but I just wanted to get out and loosen up. I'll go farther later in the week.

The surgery Continues.
Over the next few days recovery happened. It wasn't a nice holiday in France type thing, but if Hannibal Lector was around it would be a similar experience I suppose. You know that bit of the movie where he attempts surgery without anaesthetic on the balcony, well the similarities were freakishly similar.

that gall bladder disease was hereditary. Sure enough, they saw them. Just a few gall stones in my little gall bladder. Within a week I went in for surgery to have my gall bladder... on it) but two years ago I had my gall bladder removed. I was probably 22 years old when I had my first gall bladder attack, but thought that it was just heart burn from eating so much.
