Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is an idiopathic disease, probably involving an immune reaction of the body to its own intestinal tract. Well, I think I actually got a decent nights sleep last night. I went to bed with a headache, but I had been given so much pain medication I didn't want to take anything else.
