difference on my energy level. I still felt some stiffness on my shoulder when I am neglecting to do my daily stretching and when I lack sleep. Everytime I felt fatigue especially on my legs even if I do my regualr stretching and exercise, I just take a longer sleep than the usual and drink a lot of water.

the foot that is on the same side as the dumbbell and begin to swing it back while lowering the dumbbell down (as illustrated in the photo).
Continue to push the swing leg back, with knee fully extended, until the leg reaches parallel to the floor. Then return to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions. Switch sides and repeat

The Stiff-Leg Deadlift is a great functional exercise that strengthens the glutes (buttocks) and hamstrings for activities like running, jumping and skating....
