! I wont show you the actual cannula because basically even looking at one myself just makes me shiver because its connected to some horrible times I''ve had with cannulas

Brrrrrrr. I will NEVER get used to –14C. (um, –22C with the freaking wind chill). I’m cold. My poor West Coaster self just doesn’t have the inherent ability to accept these East Coast temperatures.
On the bright side, the skies were crystal blue and clear today and we saw a really pretty pink sky on the drive to FH’s work this mornin ...

This funky study looked at people who tan frequently. Giving them opiate blockers induced a withdrawal response. The inference is that tanning frequently plays in your body chemically like opiate addiction.
