Yesterday my sister and I went to Seven Springs ski resort with my dad, his girlfriend, and her son Joey to snowboard.
Maddie and I had never snowboarded before, so she Joey and I took a lesson.
The hill we were on was actually pretty steep for people who have never snowboarded.

Parents around the country are not amused.
The new "Love" line of Burton snowboards feature vintage magazine photos of Playboy models.
According to the Chicago Tribune... some people who feel the boards send the wrong message.

My favorite snowboard-culture magazine,Snowboarder, is now even better; they are proudly (they tout it on the November, 2006 cover) printing on recycled paper! Not only... about the “Green Not Gas Tour”. In true rider style, the article opens with:

Really, how many snowboarders do you know who really wear a helmet?
Do you look up on the slopes and see a sea of helmets? I don't think so. Still, there are a growing... to a "close call" or a "miracle save", and now they wears the things.
Now think about this a bit; Do you see snowboarders on Warren Miller Films who are NOT wearing their helmets
