Even Keel Yoga is holding it's second freeyoga event in Rock Creek Park this Sunday at 10:00 am. Even Keel Yoga offers freeyoga classes on the third Sunday of every month from May through September. No previous experience is required. All you need is a love (or even just a curiosity or interest) of yoga and a yoga mat. The class is wonderful

I finally found a PVC freeyoga mat a few weeks ago and it didn't cost me a fortune. I had been looking in a few places on the internet but hadn't made up my mind yet. I've been meaning to do it for awhile, but today I finally headed to the freeyoga class that LuLuLemon stress offer on Saturday. I have a race tomorrow, so I won't be able... there? Not the best marketing plan, but whatever, FREEYOGA!
