Especially from new food trucks that are just opening. The carbs totally convert into running fuel, right?

How can two weather channels have two separate forecasts for the same day? It's mindblowing to me, but at least it gives me something to obsess over going into the home stretch of waiting to run the 2011 Detroit Marathon.
I'm just hoping for upper 50's at the finish and chilly to start out. I don't want to expend all my energy trying

Think that because you're marathon training you can go hog wild with eating? Think again.
While your calorie... on your nutrition during marathon training than at other times. Now is the time that quality really matters because your food will help you get through the miles without bonking
