The basilar joint is formed by a small bone in the wrist and the fist bone in the thumb. This joint allows the thumb to move in several directions for pinching... on the joints. Today was the LAST business concepts class. Hurray! This test was a bit more difficult than the other tests, but I still think I did well nonetheless. Next week we'll be getting our assignment back as well as a breakdown of all of our marks, ultimately showing us our final mark. I'm expecting an A as I haven't gotten anything under 86% on anyth ...

to my spine locks up and twitches. I have been doing a bunch more power yoga to try to loosen it, but even that hurts sometimes. I can’t figure out if it’s my AC joint or rotator...
