Yours truly has been under a lot of pain this weekend. Excruciating amounts really.
Turns out that listening to the Doctor’s orders (no jumping, no running, no plyo) was not enough. My attempt to continue to train unexpectedly resulted in me seriously aggravating my injury.

3D CAT Scan of Broken FootBones

3D CAT scans help doctors better visualize broken bones in the foot. In the image to the left, multiple fracture fragments of the heel bone are better visualized in the 3D scan than in an X-ray.
