Eat soy protein, exercise more and increase consumption of calcium and vitamin D to retard bone loss. Now here's a handy tool..... a free online calculator to assess your risk of a bone fracture from osteoporosis. You can find it here http://www.shef.ac.uk/FRAX/tool.jsp?locationValue=23 When you've put in all the data, the program will calculate the percentage probability of a fracture within the next 10 years.
