A new study in the Journal of Happiness Studies suggests kids and adults eating fast food, like hamburgers, fries, pizza and soda, develop poor eating habits and obesity. The most influential habit I’ve gotten into is drinking water. It seems simple, but I HATED water before. It’s true though- the more you drink it, the more you... roast them, sautee them, or dress up your salad differently. If you don’t enjoy your food you will not eat your food.

Comfort foods and "habit" eating

I've been struggling lately with an overwhelming desire for my comfort foods, especially soft pretzels, or if I can't have those, just a desire to eat something at the end of the day, just before bed. This tends to happen when I'm surfing the net or watching television.
