Salmonella Associated with Foods with Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein
Hydrolyzed vegetable protein (HVP) is a flavor enhancer used in processed foods.
HVP manufactured by Basic Food Flavors has been recalled because of Salmonella.
No illnesses have been reported.

As we all know, I am fiber's #1 fan. I was overjoyed when my new friends from Gnu Foods agreed to let me sample their Flavor & Fiber bars. The company was gracious enough... be in heaven if they ever decided to add mint to this bar. I give this bar a 9.5 out of 10.

didn’t eat them together, in case you were wondering. But the pictures would have been boring compared to my “Balsamic Basil Chicken Stack”.
Clean food with flavor.
I hope... is dying and apparently makes things look funny (yes, that’s what I’m going to keep telling myself, LOL)

At around 6:30 pm I got hungry. But was it really hunger? I'm sure I had stuffed my body with enough calories in the 2 meals I had for the day. What I was craving was some flavor. Some comfort perhaps. So I made a small very flavorful veggie dish.
