Actually, they are the same vitamin!
Folate is a B vitamin (known in a small handful of scientific circles as "Vitamin B9") found primarily in beans, legumes, green vegetables, fruits, and beef liver.

Did you know that usually Iron and FolicAcid are associated only with prenatal vitamins ? That’s a wrong idea, iron and folicacid are two essencial minerals to prevent and cure anemia. I have a past historical of anemia crisis and iron was always the main medication to treat it.
