First of all, Happy Labor Day! :) It's nice to have a three day weekend... hehe~ I hope you guys are enjoying it as much as I am.

wondered why some home made fishcakes or fish balls are more bouncy than others? I found this traditional method while surfing the net one day and had made many fishcakes and fish.... Therefore, all the herbs used in the fish mixture is from the garden.

1.1kg of trevally

Maggi Sweet Chilli Thai FishCakes
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4
Tip:
Herbs can really improve the flavour of a curry or stir fry... Fish Sauce, tuna and all other ingredients except the oil.
Shape mixture into 4 patties.
Heat oil on a barbecue or in a fryingpan. Cook FishCakes until golden.

Heres my first attempt at fishcakes, I found the recipe in a Thai cook book and gave it my own twist, they turned out pretty good.
Ingredients: 2 cans tuna, one can salmon, 1/2 green pepper, 1/2 red onion, a little flour, salt, 1 tablespoon Thai peanut sauce, 2 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 spoon soy sauce, a little chilli oil, 1/2 chopped tomato
