My mother was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in 5/2008 has been receiving chemo treatments since last May. For the last month she has been experiencing stomachcramps with any intake of food or liquid. After approx 30 minutes her stomach settles down and she is ok. toe straining up through the skin of your foot.
If you want to stop your feet from cramping, you'll have to re-train your feet on the proper way to point and flex... to it. And that's less cramping to deal with.

of the cramp I get though occurs between classes, often whilst sitting with my feet up or when I am in bed.
