I'm feeling run down from my abbreviated bout of chemo which leads me to believe that it's doing what it's designed to do: seek and destroy. It also feels like my hemoglobin is crashing, so manual labor is out of the question. I'm starting to believe that I will definitely have a transfusion on Thursday to go hand in hand with my outpatient

I had a good run last evening, despite feeling emotionally drained and weary. Matt's father is very ill with Colon cancer and my Uncle is in an Oregon hospital dying...! Life is just too short to stay feeling like this.

Even though its -4 outside with a forecast of dropping to -21 tomorrow. I'm starting to get that running feeling again. Rehab went well this morning. They told me my my... news because I was getting a little bummed out because I was running more but not getting any faster. That could also be my extra winter weight I put on slowing me down

mile was just over 7:30 which is a tad too fast so I dropped it down to 7:45 and eased off the pace as the 5 mile run came to an end. I averaged about 7:50 per mile which is just about where I wanted to be. The most important thing is that I felt great and the run was very smooth.
