I don't know whether to rant-or
to cry about my fascitis o' plantar
Though fascitis sounds like a dictator state
It's nothing more than my arch is too straight
First time anything on me was considered too flat
But there it is, my feets is all that

Okay, so that's an xray picture I found on the internet. LOL But I did go for xrays today, and they did show what my doctor called "a massive heel spur". So the diagnosis is Plantar Fascitis and I was sent off to the medical pharmacy place to spend $80 on a night stretching splint thing and some heel cups. Ugh. :( If it doesn't feel better

My fiance's father is experiencing a bout of plantar fasciitis. It started about 6 weeks ago and migrated from his right foot (he's right handed) into both feet... would help.
I figured you've probably seen a lot more plantar fasciitis than I ever will, and might have some tricks that work. It seems that there's a lot of theories
