I was tired yesterday, so I took an extra rest day and ran this morning. My run was nice, but I was still a bit tired. My wakeup HR was 53. It rained during the night, and the temperature was 41F when I ran. After the run, my wife and I walked our 0.6 mile loop.
Leaves are falling, a nice fall day. The Utah ski resorts have 5 feet of snow already

It’s officially fall! I so need to get out my decorations from last year:).
This morning I made some “Sunday” PB and Honey Oat Kashi Whole Wheat Waffles.

Once a respectable pile had been made the girls jumped on in....

On Friday, I drove up to Davidson, NC and met Meg and all the bridesmaids at the bridesmaids luncheon. Ate delishiousness. This past weekend we took a little trip to Niagara Falls. Ryan has been all about Niagara Falls (or Reniger Falls, as he says) for the past month, so we decided to surprise him and do a little overnight trip there. Niagara is about 3 hours or so from our house, so it was an easy and fun trip.

An elderly person's fear of falling can actually exacerbate underlying physical conditions, creating a “vicious circle,” which could lead to a greater risk of falling... or drinking alcohol, and anxiety over falls. Elderly individuals who are afraid of falling typically restrict their own movements, inadvertently worsening the physical conditions
