should exercise your eyes so your eyemuscles won’t get weak. But is there any foundation behind these claims? What are eye exercises? Are there any benefits in performing them... advised to rotate your eyes clockwise and then counterclockwise.

* Eye movement- Move your eyes up and down slowly. Then from left... Remember that your eyes follow the thumb nails as the hand moves .
