I had miserable dry eyes for 7 months and eye drops were not working well. I took fish oil, ate salmon for Omega 3, nothing seemed to work. Something I discovered made me... drops and within a week I am using no eye drops. I was astonished. All of you dry eye sufferers it is certainly worth a try. I do not know if other walnuts work, but I can tell
