is twofold: the general & the specific.
Overall my biceps, triceps & shoulders are a result of the THREE C’s:
CONSISTENCY (which includes consistent REST)
CARDIO
(I know... minutes (I dont talk. I preplan my workout) so I typically lift biceps on one day & triceps/shoulders on another.

biceps and triceps. Tweak the following to create an arm workout that meets your needs
1) Wide-Grip Bicep Cable Curls (2x12) (35 lbs.)
2) Triceps Dips with Feet on BOSU or Bench (2x12) 3) Close-Grip Bicep Cable Curls with V-Bar (2x12) 35 lbs.)4) Overhead Triceps Dumbbell Presses (2x12) (20 lbs.)

Today was arm day so I did biceps and triceps. This is a brand new workout I haven’t done before and my.... Having 4 kids makes it tough to fit everything in sometimes. =)
Biceps
Incline Bench Dumbbell Curl
3 sets x 8 reps, 10#
Wide-Grip EZ Bar Curl
2 sets x 12 reps, 25

I decided to do arms: both biceps and triceps. I can tell it was a good workout because my arms feel like jell-o and while I was working out, it felt like they were on fire. =)
Originally I had also planned to do shoulders, but I’ll just continue to do those on leg day. I skipped cardio today, I’m going to do it tomorrow morning instead!

For some reason my triceps were really sore today. I must have used them more than I thought yesterday... since I did any ab stuff, so I was expecting it. I’ll start doing an ab workout at least once a week again.

Cardio
Hiit on Elliptical were I warmed up for 3 minutes then upper the incline and resistance by 2 every 2 minutes 3 times and then did the same thing back down. Then I did it over again doing only 1 min.
Burned 433 calories in 35 minutes
Tri & Bicep Low Intensity/High Rep Workout
Prone Incline Curl 3 x 25 x 10 lbs
